  1. I’m tax exempt, help?

    If you have a tax-exempt certificate in the state to which you are shipping, please email it BEFORE placing your order to info@zerbee.com

    In June of 2018, the Supreme Court decided South Dakota vs. Wayfair which allows states to collect sales taxes on e-commerce orders. Because of this decision states have been passing legislation to enforce such sales tax collections. Due to this, Zerbee collects sales tax in a growing list of states that require it. To see if we collect sales tax in your state, please visit your Checkout page with your shipping address and the system will tell you there.

  2. Does Zerbee accept purchase orders?

    Yes! We are happy to accept approved purchase orders of $500 or more from public schools and government agencies.

    Purchase orders must have a contact name, email address, and an authorized signature in order to be processed.

    Some details when using purchaser orders:

    •  Purchase orders cannot be accepted via the website or by phone.

    •  All items desired must be written/typed on the purchase order.

    • Coupons cannot be applied to purchase orders.

    • Correct shipping must be applied.

    • We cannot accept a printed shopping cart as a PO.

    • We must have the contact information, including email address, of the person responsible for processing and paying invoices.

    • An authorized signature is necessary to process the order.

    • Purchase orders meeting these requirements can be emailed to info@zerbee.com

    Zerbee retains the right to refuse orders via purchase order even after an account is set up. Certain items cannot be ordered by PO including electronics or other products known to be regular items ordered in fraud attempts. Also, coupon codes cannot be used for PO orders. Thank you for your understanding.

    Important Note: Our invoicing is via email after an order has been entered. We do not issue paper invoices. When ordering with a purchase order, or with through an account with Zerbee, you accept that this is how we invoice orders.

  3. Does Zerbee offer volume discounts?

    We sure do! We offer a discount for large orders or if you are ordering at least $1000 of the same item.

    Visit our Quantity Quote page to send us the info on the product(s) you're looking at.

    Remember, this is for an order total of $1000 or more of a single SKU (more than one of that SKU). We cannot guarantee that we can provide a discounted price as we are almost always the most competitive price on the Internet. However, we will try very hard to do so as long as it meets certain criteria.

  7. In which states do you charge sales tax?

  8. Can I cancel or add to an order?

    Orders are processed quickly. Once placed, an order may not be able to be canceled or changed. Once you’ve checked out, our warehouses are notified immediately to complete your order. Please check out our Return Policy on orders placed and shipped. Undamaged orders, which are refused delivery, will have shipping costs deducted from any refund.  

    Some items are non-returnable and non-cancelable based on manufacturer policies. HON Furniture items cannot be canceled once placed with the manufacturer and cannot be returned. HON items refused for delivery cannot be refunded.

    Certain items cannot be returned: HON furniture, Flash Furniture, Bush Furniture, and custom products from Holland Bar Stool Company. Also, any perishables/food as well as dated products such as calendars, appointment books, business journals, diaries, desk calendars, desk pad calendars, wall planners, or planners are not returnable and sales are final.

  9. Do you match prices?

    Yes! Of course, certain qualifications have to apply. 

    • Those include a match being on the same make, model, and color. 

    • The item in question has to be available and in stock and not with an auction site.

    • Because our pricing is extremely competitive across the board, we can't match prices that include a special, short-term coupon from a competitor. 

    • The online merchant site must be an established web store as determined by Zerbee. We’ll do our best to not only match but beat our competitors.

    While we always do our best to match prices, we have to let you know it's not always possible. Just contact us at info@zerbee.com before purchasing with the details – Item number, online merchant link, quantity, etc. and we'll almost certainly be able to help. 

    Unfortunately, we're unable to match prices after a purchase.

    Call our Customer Service department at 855-493-7233 and we’ll be happy to help. Often the issue is related to the billing address not matching exactly what the credit card company has on file. So you might want to double-check that first.

  14. What carrier(s) do you use for shipping?

    We use UPS for most orders, but do use some regional carriers throughout the country as well. For freight deliveries, we use a variety of common carriers depending on the area of the country and the kind of freight it is.

  15. Where will you ship my order from?

    We ship most orders from our distribution centers across the United States. In some cases, we ship directly from the manufacturers and their warehouses.

  16. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Our standard order cut-off time is 2 pm local time. Most office supply orders placed before then will be shipped the same day and received by you the next day. But certain items may take a little longer.

    No, we’re sorry but we’re unable to ship to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO’s.

  18. Is next day delivery guaranteed?

    We’re sorry but we are unable to guarantee next-day delivery. Most orders ship from distribution centers that are strategically located to be able to offer next-day service. While we try very hard for next-day delivery on most office supply orders, we cannot guarantee it.

  19. Why won’t a truck driver bring my order inside a building?

    Items such as file cabinets, desks, and other oversized products are too large for UPS. For that reason, we need to ship them via a common carrier equipped to handle larger products.  

    Trucking companies have a standard policy that they will deliver “dock to dock,” defined as delivering to a loading dock or to the back of the truck. From that point, it is the responsibility of the receiver to bring a shipment into a building. 

    We are able to offer upgraded services for an additional fee for any special needs you might have including a lift gate when you don’t have a dock or inside delivery.

  20. Is inside delivery available for residential freight orders?

    Our business office is in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As it relates to your orders though, we ship from warehouses all across the country.

  23. Product Colors

    It's important to note that colors of products can differ between monitors. The color you see on your screen and the actual color of a product can be slightly different since every monitor renders those colors differently. Also, manufacturers can have slight differences between lots of products. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible when these slight changes occur. Returns for such products are the responsibility of the customer.

  24. Coupon Code Exclusions

    Zerbee occasionally has special coupon offers. Coupon codes must be entered during checkout to apply. We wish we could offer coupon offers on everything, but some restrictions may apply.

    Products where coupon codes may not be valid include sale prices/ promotional prices.

    Sales/Promotional prices include those you will find on shopping sites such as Google Shopping. Those products are already marked down as low as we can go. 

    Brands excluded from coupon offers include:

    Also, coupons are not valid on previous orders, or on items that we've offered you a quoted discount. Coupon codes are valid only once per customer.

    For coupons to be valid they need to be entered into the Promotional Coupon field during checkout. You will find it on your Cart Summary page.

  25. Can I unsubscribe from your emails?

    Zerbee does occasional emails that include special offers and information you may want to know about us. The only way one receives our emails is by having subscribed to them through either the checkout process (where you "opt-in") or by adding yourself through one of a few different means. We do not add anyone to our email lists without permission. 

    You may unsubscribe by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of our emails. You will then be removed from future emails in that list.

  26. Are your products new or refurbished?

    Other than ink cartridges that are noted as "remanufactured", all of our products are brand new and unused.
