Zerbee offers free shipping on qualifying orders when you spend $50 or more. Cart totals (after any offers) below $50 are charged a nominal rate of just $9.95. Free shipping does not apply to orders that ship via freight. See restrictions below.

Shipping Basics

After submitting your Zerbee order, you’ll get an email confirmation with details about your purchase.

Standard, estimated delivery times are located on each product page. Most basic office supplies will be delivered within 1-3 days as we have warehouses across the United States. Larger orders of the same item may come directly from a manufacturer and may take a few more days. If you need it faster please call customer service before ordering so we can check inventory and expected delivery time for you. Remember, the delivery times stated are "estimated delivery times" and are not guaranteed. 

Sorry but we’re unable to ship to post office boxes. Please provide an address acceptable to UPS and USPS. On occasion, UPS will use the local USPS to deliver the "last mile" with the package ending up in your mailbox. This is out of our control so please give us an address that can be used by both services.

Orders with damage and defects must be reported within 48 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

Just a couple of technicalities:

  • Orders shipped and refused will be assessed an additional shipping charge for reshipment of the order.

  •  Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except for major holidays. Orders are shipping pending credit approval, product availability, and order acceptance.

Cancellations

Most orders are processed within hours. Once placed, an order usually cannot be canceled or changed. Once the checkout process is completed, our warehouses are notified to complete your order. Please check out our Return Policy on orders placed and shipped. Undamaged orders which are refused delivery will have shipping costs deducted from any refund. For freight orders that are refused, you will be charged shipping charges to your location, any storage fees by the freight company as well as return shipping charges. Freight charges are very expensive so it is advisable to not refuse shipments.

Shipping information for Office Furniture (Freight)

If you asked for Inside Delivery, we won’t ship furniture freight deliveries until we’ve chatted with you regarding delivery arrangements. Once an order is received the team at the hive will contact you to discuss the delivery. If you ordered "Dock to Dock" we will assume you do not require a lift gate. Expected delivery times for freight products are available on each product page. Most office furniture products ship directly from the manufacturer.

Freight Delivery Options

  • Dock to Dock ($) - Standard Freight Service
    If you are unable to unload the product by yourself (especially VERY HEAVY items like safes and file cabinets) then you should request a liftgate service or inside delivery. 

When a product is too large or heavy to be delivered by UPS it must be delivered by a freight trucking company. “Dock to Dock” is basic delivery with the expectation that the delivery location will have a loading dock. This kind of delivery does not include anything more than the truck backing up to a loading dock and opening the door. Removal of the product is the responsibility of the customer. 

  • Lift Gate Service ($$)
    AKA curbside delivery service is available for an additional cost. 

If the delivery location does not have a loading dock it will require a Lift Gate to lower the product off the back of the truck. All freight companies charge for this service. Lift Gate service is not “Inside Delivery”, it is simply the service lowering the product off the back of a truck down to street level. No additional services are included or implied. Removal of the product is the responsibility of the customer. 

  • Lift Gate Service: $77
    (depending on the manufacturer)

  •  

  • Inside Delivery Service ($$$) *This option is not available at this time.
    AKA - Threshold Service - Delivery personnel remove goods from truck and place goods at or inside first exterior threshold of your place of business.

Inside Delivery service with a freight company does not necessarily mean what the name implies. While each freight company is a little different, Inside Delivery services typically bring the product into your business. For most companies, it means “inside the front door or the first available “inside area”. If you do not select and pay for Inside Delivery and it is requested at the time of order. *This option is not available at this time.

Residential Inside Delivery: Freight companies will not enter a private residence. They will bring the item up to your door or garage. However, they will not bring the item up or down any stairs. If you need services beyond this please contact us at the time of order. 

Inside Delivery: Price determined by Manufacturer. Select "Inside Delivery" to see the cost for the products in your cart.

 

Additional Freight Delivery Information

Freight deliveries to Manhattan NYC incur a $50 delivery surcharge. Every freight delivery company has a surcharge for such deliveries.

Truck deliveries cannot be scheduled for specific times. We will request that a trucking company contact you by telephone before attempting delivery.

Signatures are required for all truck deliveries. We do not make exceptions to this requirement. Please have someone available to accept deliveries during normal business hours.

Damages to Freight Deliveries

1) BEFORE signing for a freight shipment always note any visible damage on the bill of lading or delivery ticket. You may also refuse a delivery if there is damage. If you note damage or refuse delivery please contact us immediately so we can expedite a replacement for you. This is important as the freight company will not notify us of refusals and no replacement will be sent.

2) Any claims for damage, defects, or missing items must be made within 48 hours. No exceptions are allowed due to freight company policies.

3) DO NOT DISCARD packaging or shipping materials until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All items must be in their original packaging or they’re not returnable for replacement or credit.

Shipping Information for Direct-from-Manufacturer Orders

Expected delivery times for freight products are available on each product page. Most office furniture products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. 

Tracking numbers are not available online for products shipping through private freight carriers.

Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses, "General Delivery"

We’re very sorry but we’re unable to ship to these addresses at this time. We also do not accept orders to freight forwarding companies.

International Addresses

Zerbee does not ship internationally.
