Acceptance
Usage of Zerbee is conditional upon the acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, along with our stated Return and Shipping policies, do not access, use, or order from this site. Zerbee reserves the right, without notification, to make changes to these terms and conditions as well as our Return and Shipping policies. You accept the responsibility to review this page prior to submitting an order on this website.
You agree that you are at least 18 years old or are visiting the site under the supervision of an adult guardian.
Acceptance of Orders
Zerbee reserves the right to accept or reject any order prior to shipping at our exclusive discretion. The receipt of an order confirmation email is not acceptance of an order. Due to security concerns, it may be possible that customer information will be subject to verification. Orders that abuse promotional pricing can be canceled at our discretion.
Liability
Zerbee shall not be held responsible and will not be liable for any damage or injury due to the purchase. use or delivery of any product, service, or software. The remedy for missing or damaged products in orders is reshipment of the product or refund of the purchase price, at the discretion of Zerbee. In the case of a refund, the return of the product, at the request of Zerbee, is required. Packages sent to unsafe locations where theft is a possibility do not qualify for Zerbee liability.
Invoices
Zerbee offers Net 15/Net30 terms for some qualified customers. Please contact your sales representative for details. Orders placed via this method is an acceptance of the fact that Zerbee invoices via email and does not offer mailed invoicing as a service. Unpaid invoices will result in reporting of credit to various agencies.
Quantities
We reserve the right to limit quantities at our sole discretion.
Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute any generic product with another. Such as Universal, Business Source, Sparco, and Office Depot Branded Supplies.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information due to typographical error, pricing error, or product information received in error from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If a product has been shipped and there was a typographical error, our sole responsibility is to pick up the product at our expense (via a UPS call tag) and refund the payment for the order.
Product Availability and Delivery Times
Products advertised for sale on Zerbee are subject to availability. If we are unable to provide a product you will not be charged for such products or your credit card will be issued credit. We are not responsible for any other compensation or losses you may incur for our inability to provide products.
Every attempt is made to deliver products in the time stated on product pages and as quickly as possible. Stated delivery times are not guaranteed but are estimated times provided by manufacturers, or are based on historical delivery times of previous orders.
Price Changes
Product prices can change from time to time based on vendor or manufacturer cost changes or competitive market forces without notice.
Product Colors
The colors of products can differ between monitors. The color you see on the screen and the actual color of the product can be slightly different since each screen renders those colors differently. Additionally, manufacturers can have slight differences between lots of products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility when those differences occur. Returns for such products are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
Once placed, the order cannot be canceled or changed. Orders are processed quickly. Once the checkout process is completed, our warehouses are notified immediately to complete your order. Please follow our Return procedures on orders placed and shipped. Refusing delivery on undamaged orders will have shipping costs deducted from any refund.
HON Furniture Products
HON Furniture orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refused. Refusing an order is considered to be an attempt to cancel, and a refund will not be given. Because HON items come from the manufacturer, it is their policy that once you place an order, it cannot be canceled or returned. Warranty service is provided by The HON Company and their decisions on warranty issues are final. By placing a HON order with Zerbee.com you are accepting this as part of our Terms and Conditions.

By ordering from us you give us permission to add your email address to our newsletter list. You will have the opportunity to opt out at the bottom of every email received if you choose to discontinue receiving communication from us.
Warranty
Items serviced under warranty are the responsibility of the manufacturer and not Zerbee, LLC. Zerbee is in no way responsible for the compensation of time or discounting of the purchase price when warranty issues arise.
Food Products
We cannot guarantee food product expiration dates will be for extended periods of time. Because our products come from distribution warehouses, food product expiration dates can vary.
