We @ Zerbee love helping our customers save money. Every day our experienced industry buyers compare our prices to competitors on the Internet to make sure your overall cart will be the lowest price available. If you find a lower price from another reputable online supplier we will try to match that price to earn your business and your confidence.
If you happen to find a lower price online we'll beat that price for you. Of course, there are some details that are important so it's a fair match.
Price Match Procedure:
If you would like us to beat a competitor on a product that is noted with the Price Match logo, please fill out this form and we'll get buzz'n on it for you.
Details....
- Zerbee.com must be able to verify the lower price.
- The product must be the exact same item - same SKU, model and color.
- The price we're matching needs to come from a reputable US-based online competitor, cannot come from an auction site (eBay, for instance), and must be available from the competitor for immediate shipment. It also has to be from a reputable, established company that isn't playing games with multiple sites and prices. Zerbee has one store, we aren't playing games with you.
- When comparing prices it's important to consider shipping costs, handling or processing fees, etc. to come to a final comparison.
- The Price Match program does not apply to refurbished items, close-outs, reconditioned or returned items.
- Coupons or sale prices do not apply to quoted pricing. If we beat a competitors price no further discounts can apply.
- Our Best Price Match does not apply to previous orders.
- Zerbee.com reserves the final right to best determine eligibility for the Price Match program. Also, the items on the Price Match list are subject to change without prior notice.
One last note. There are stores out there with multiple websites with multiple prices and shipping schemes. Zerbee doesn't play those games. We have one online store with one shipping program. We generally won't match those stores because sometimes they play the game of going below cost but making it up on the shipping. When we charge shipping it's because there's a real shipping cost and we have to cover it. We will always do our best to help you, that's our promise.
